Are you an experienced Order-to-Cash professional fluent in German?
Join a leading global provider of diabetes medical technology and play a key role in ensuring patients and healthcare professionals receive life-changing medical devices accurately and on time.

Your Mission

As a Senior O2C Specialist , you will manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle , acting as the primary contact for German-speaking customers while ensuring compliance within a regulated medical-device environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end O2C process
• Process, validate, and monitor customer orders with high accuracy
• Coordinate shipments and product availability with logistics teams
• Handle billing, invoicing & payment-related inquiries
• Investigate and resolve order or billing discrepancies
• Support German-speaking patients, clinics & healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance & customer service teams
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, KPIs & SLAs

What Were Looking For

• Fluent German (C1+)
• Experience in Order-to-Cash, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Porto
• EU ID / Residence Card / Manifestação de Interesse / Eligible visa status

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1,500€ gross/month (14 salaries/year)
• Meal Allowance: 300€ (current policy)
  From 01/01/2026: 7.63€ net per working day
• 3,000€ Welcome Bonus (subject to company policy)
• Permanent contract with 90-day trial period
• Health insurance from Day 1

Relocation Package (If moving to Portugal)

• Studio in company-shared accommodation from Day 1
• 280€/month (deducted from payslip)
• Up to 12 months duration
