You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with these strategic accounts, driving sales, and identifying new business opportunities.Your responsibilities will be to:Manage the current business with existing allocated customers, keeping those products at profitable price levels (LTA, VA/VE and Raw material/rate adjustments)Manage the acquisition of new profitable business with existing or new customers meeting booking targetsInfluence the organization to develop new products based on markets and customers needsDefine a middle and long-term strategy for the allocated applications and customers to ensure profitable growthDevelop and drive collaborative business plans, including sales forecasts and budget planning, aligned with customer and company growth goalsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international colleaguesEnsure timely execution of contract reviews, price adjustments, and related processesStay informed about market trends and drive internal product developmentOur requirements:Bachelor's degree from Engineering/Technical backgroundIdeally 3+ years of relevant Sales experience with customers in the automotive industryEnglish language skills are mandatory, knowledge of German language would be considered as a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholdersStrong proactive mindset – eager to identify opportunities, take initiative, and follow throughAbility to establish and grow long-term customer relationships while actively seeking new business leadsAbility to work well independently or within a global, multi-cultural team environmentStrong selling, marketing and negotiating skillsWillingness to frequent travel globally: up to 30% of working hoursWhat do we offer:The opportunity to develop your professional skills thanks to the wide range of products we manufacture and our global presenceWork-life balance: 30 days of vacation and many moreBecome a part of an international team with a pleasant working atmosphereCome join our global, inclusive & diverse teamOur purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
