We support the Zühlke Group from sales to delivery and ongoing relationship management as trusted advisors to our clients. Our consultants advise senior client management from Business, Data and IT in both short-term engagements and large transformation programmes.As a (Senior) Consulting Managerwith a focus on Banking Transformation / FSI you will work with leading MedTech organisations on strategic and complex initiatives focusing on the intersections of Business, Data and IT. You act as a trusted partner to our clients and work closely with their teams to ensure their challenges are successfully translated into impactful, high-quality outcomes.How You’ll Make an ImpactAct as a key interface between business and IT, translating client needs into implementable, value-driven solutionsSupport and lead consulting engagements across digital transformation, innovation initiatives, process optimisation, and regulatory-driven changeAnalyse and redesign end-to-end banking processes (e.g. customer onboarding, lending, payments) with a strong focus on customer experience and operational efficiencyContribute to innovation-driven use cases, such as digital products, new service models, data-driven offerings, and automation initiativesSupport the design of target operating models, business requirements, functional specifications, and solution conceptsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, UX, data, and deliverySupport clients in navigating core banking landscapes, open banking, cloud environments, data governance, and emerging technologiesTake responsibility for workstreams, client communication, and high-quality deliverables within complex transformation programsWhat’s important to us 5+ years of consulting experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry with a proven track record of delivering measurable client impactStrong banking domain expertise across areas such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking, Payments, or Lending, including a solid understanding of end-to-end products and processesExperience working on digital transformation, innovation, or business transformation initiatives within banking environmentsAbility to bridge business and technology by translating complex requirements into implementable digital and data-driven solutionsA strong consulting mindset with excellent analytical capabilities, structured problem-solving, and the ability to navigate complex client environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across both business and technology teamsFluent German language skills (spoken and written, at least C1)Willingness to work on-site at least two days per weekWhat we offerWork life blend: we offer a safe & healthy workplace, with flexible working hours and, depending on client needs, the option to work from home up to three days per weekProfit share scheme: In addition to your annual salary, you may receive a profit share defined by the company’s success in the previous yearGlobal and Diverse Zühlke community: witness how colleagues from all our 16 offices across the globe come together to create a unique, positive and inclusive work culture, learning from one another at annual team camps, and celebrating year-end parties and other local festivities.Committed to development: we are committed to the growth of our people and are investing in your development.
