About the Position

Dexis Professional Services is seeking Administrative Support Analysts to support a potential opportunity with the Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa based in Stuttgart, Germany and/or Naples, Italy.

The Administrative Support Analyst place of duty will be Headquarters MARFOREUR/AF. The Administrative Support Analyst supports the AC/S for Administration (G1) by operating in the Regional Personnel Administration Center (RPAC).

Responsibilities

• Maintains standard document of a Marine's Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) and safeguards-controlled forms.
• Extracts information from the MCTFS and ReportNet; prepares Unit Diary (UD), verifies UD transactions, and audits UD Management Reports.
• Provides administrative customer service for I/B and O/B personnel and for personnel deploying to and from temporary Duty.
• Develops internal control procedures that ensure quality assurance and timely and accurate reporting.
• Establishes internal controls in order to ensure compliance with current directives.
• Assists RPAC personnel conducting record audits.
• Manages feedback reports and takes required corrective actions.
• Manages electronic personnel action requests.
• Identifies, processes, and tracks limited duty status personnel and associated documentation.
• Tracks and monitors pay related issues using the Disbursing Tracking Management System.
• Requests and issues ration cards in accordance with US Army Europe regulations.
• Processes area clearance and dependent entry approval requests.
• Scans and uploads personnel records into the appropriate military personnel file systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 3 years of directly related military experience.
• Possesses a US Secret or higher-level clearance and a valid passport.
• Must have knowledge of the Disbursing Tracking Management System.
• Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
