Research focuses on pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, leukemia and colorectal cancer. Specifically, we aim to understand and exploit tumor-specific vulnerabilities for improved anti-cancer treatment. Our work largely focuses on epigenetic and transcriptional mechanisms controlling tumor cell identity and therapeutic responsiveness.
