Your tasks

• Consistent management of global market prices and securing market share in cooperation with international sales companies, taking into account competition and fleet developments.
• Acting as Product Owner on the business side for the cloud-based, global IT pricing system, including description, testing, and implementation of system enhancements with IT.
• Implementing and tracking data-driven pricing in cooperation with data workers and specialist departments, as well as conducting data-based special analyses on price and competitive data.
• Independent design and further development of data-driven dealer discount systems in global regions.
• Preparing and conducting regular price adjustment rounds, as well as analyzing price assumptions based on economic and financial data in conjunction with controlling and sales management.
• Supporting and advising markets on all price-related issues across product management, logistics and sales.
• Coordinating project budgets and independently managing specific budget planning items.
• Regular reporting and delivery of updates to top management

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field, as well as experience in project management, ideally in data-driven projects.
• Several years of professional experience in sales or sales-related areas, as well as sound knowledge of automotive sales organizations and internal processes.
• Solid knowledge in the analysis of market and dealer-specific data (e.g. invoice data, sell-in & sell-out) as well as a high affinity for IT.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially as an expert in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is an advantage.
• Fluent English skills for international environments; knowledge of other foreign languages ​​such as Spanish is desirable.
• Analytical, structured and independent working style combined with a strong goal orientation, assertiveness and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication, moderation and teamwork skills, as well as intercultural competence and a willingness to travel worldwide.
