As a VisitingAssociate Enterprise Solutions (all genders) at BCG Platinion, you willsupport one of our consulting teams for a period of at least two months, starting in autumn 2026. Youwill actively work on a project, both on-site with clients and at one of ouroffices, assisting our clients with complex ERP transformations, with aparticular focus on SAP S/4HANA. You will apply and expand your acquired skillsthroughout your time with us.

• Youwill support the quantitative and qualitative analysis of business processes todetermine value potential for our clients.
• Togetherwith your project team, you will guide our clients through different phases ofthe project lifecycle, such as strategy development, planning, implementation andgo-live
• Youwill have the opportunity to be involved in the development and definition ofERP target architectures for complex IT landscapes.
• Youwork as a fully integrated team member and take responsibility for thepreparation and follow-up of client meetings and presentations, as well as theprocessing of project-relevant analyses and data.

This is how you make a difference

• Youare in the advanced stages of your bachelor's or master's studies in (business)informatics or a comparable field with excellent academic performance.
• Youhave strong IT knowledge and initial practical experience through internshipsor student assistant roles (e.g., IT project management, ideally in the ERP/SAPenvironment).
• Youpossess outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and are proficient instandard MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Youfeel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contextsand work with a strong customer and results-oriented approach.
• Youwant to deepen your knowledge in the field of ERP/SAP transformations, with afocus on the strategic aspects of these projects.
• Youcan confidently understand and communicate complex topics in both German andEnglish.
