What you’ll be doing daily:

• Save the Day (Inbound Calls & Chats): Assist streaming enthusiasts with login hiccups, payment failures, app navigation, and technical troubleshooting (like buffering or app crashes).
• Share the Fan Passion: Answer inquiries about subtitle languages, new content releases, special promos, and exclusive features.
• Keep the Magic Alive: Help retain loyal subscribers by understanding their needs and delivering top-notch, 5-star service.
• Level Up Over Time: Start on calls and live chats. You could expand into Social Media support, and eventually manage email queries as you grow!

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of corporate experience—just passion, great communication skills, and a desire to live abroad!

• Fluency: C1/(near) native level in German
• English Proficiency: B2 level in English for training and internal knowledge base navigation.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating PCs, multitasking across dynamic software, and troubleshooting apps.
• People & Problem Solver: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, helpful vibe.
• Streaming Fan: Active users of major streaming services are super welcome!
