Working Student - Admin Support (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Support our VP of Engineering by managing documentation, coordinating internal communications, and assisting with various projects.
• Organise and moderate internal workshops, handling logistics, preparation, facilitation, and follow‑up.
• Monitor and report on risk and costs, ensuring alignment among teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain and summarise records and updates to support decision‑making and improve cross‑team communication.
• Drive continuous improvement by helping refine processes and workflows.
  Please note that this office is in Stuttgart and you will have to work onsite at least 1 day a week

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Effective communicator who enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable working style.
• Comfortable working with data and multiple tools for documentation and analysis.
• Familiarity with Excel, and MS Office.
