Job description:
1. Mainly responsible for the gap analysis of each factory, the identification of drawbacks, the formulation of long-term TPM implementation and the establishment of phased goals;2. Responsible for building a training system, carrying out training for all employees, and cultivating internal TPM implementation experts;3. Responsible for building an independent equipment maintenance system and gradually realizing independent management of equipment;4. Responsible for building the TPM audit system of the business department;5. Regularly counsel the implementation of TPM in the factory.

Your requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above.Major in equipment engineering/management science is preferred.2. Have working experience in the world's top 500 TPM. Expert Consultant engaged in equipment TPM implementation or in lean production is preferred. Expert coming from the United States / Germany / Japan and other developed countries of industrial automation/black belt master is preferred.3. More than 5 years of experience in leading the implementation of group or factory-level TPM.4. Have your own unique views on the implementation of TPM.
