You not only have operational expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, and complex international accounts, but you also think strategically and recognize where data, automation, and AI create real performance advantages?

As an independent digital marketing agency with its own technology development, we combine in-depth performance marketing expertise with AI, automation, and data-driven solutions. You'll be given significant responsibility, direct creative freedom, and the opportunity to actively shape the future of search marketing – from Google Ads and Performance Max to new advertising platforms like ChatGPT Ads.

Tasks

Your playing field:

• You set the direction.
  You manage demanding national and international search accounts and develop the strategic roadmap for sustainable growth.
• You find levers that others overlook.
  Tracking, feeds, automation, scripts, and conversion data are not isolated disciplines for you, but rather the foundation for better decisions and measurably improved performance.
• Sparring partner:
  You challenge briefings, contribute your own ideas, and advise clients as an equal. In pitches, you impress with substance, clarity, and a genuine understanding of the business.
• You work on what's next.
  You test new Google Ads features, AI applications, and advertising platforms like ChatGPT Ads before they become standard – and develop new solutions for our clients and our team based on this.

qualification

Your profile:

• Experience that delivers results.
  You have at least five years of experience in full-funnel SEA and have successfully managed complex Google Ads accounts. Agency experience is a plus, but not required.
• You analyze with razor-sharp precision.
  You recognize patterns, question results, and distinguish genuine causes from chance. From complex data, you derive clear decisions, tests, and concrete growth drivers.
• You don't wait for tasks.
  You recognize potential early, develop your own solutions, and take responsibility for their implementation. You actively drive projects forward instead of just completing briefings.
• You communicate clearly and persuasively.
  You are fluent in German and can explain complex concepts in an understandable way – both internally and in direct interactions with clients. Good English skills are an advantage.
• You're proficient in the modern SEA stack.
  Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Merchant Center, tracking, and analytics are part of your daily routine. The crucial factor is not just that you can use the tools, but that you can derive better decisions from them.
