To further expand our team of experts, we are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Consultant (m/f/d) who can bridge the gap between traditional ITOM and the new era of AI-powered operations.

This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in Germany. Occasional team meetings in Stuttgart or on-site assignments at client locations are planned.

Your tasks

• The foundation for modern IT organizations: You develop CMDB and CSDM architectures that function as a “single source of truth”—scalable, clean, and ready for AI use cases.
• Infrastructure transparency at last: With discovery, service mapping, and smart integrations, you ensure true end-to-end visibility in hybrid IT landscapes.
• Bringing Order to Alert Chaos: Through event management and AIOps approaches, you transform unstructured alerts into actionable insights—proactive rather than reactive.
• IT Driven by Business: You model services rather than systems and lay the groundwork for impact analyses, automation, and stable business processes.
• Bringing innovation to operations:  You evaluate new features such as generative AI in the ServiceNow environment (e.g., Now Assist for ITOM) and demonstrate specifically how they deliver real added value.
• A sparring partner on equal footing:  You lead workshops in German, advise decision-makers, and develop roadmaps for companies—from small and medium-sized businesses to large corporations.

Your profile

• Several years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB)
• Strong knowledge of  CSDM and building service-oriented architectures
• Experience with IRE, patterns, and integrations (e.g., Service Graph Connectors)
• Ideally, certifications such as  CIS Discovery or CIS Event Management
• Some experience with AIOps or generative AI (not required, but a strong plus)
• Ability to work with both enterprise stakeholders and in a pragmatic manner within mid-sized companies
• Fluency  in German and English
