Senior Expert IT Procurement Management (m/f/d)
- Lead the operational aspects of procurement, including identifying and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with IT organizational goals and objectives
- Manage and oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to renewal and termination
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all procurement activities
- Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Oversee the contract registration process and maintain accurate records
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within procurement activities, both internally and externally
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contract scope, terms, and budget align with business objectives
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, IT or a related field
- Proven experience in IT procurement or a similar role with a strong focus on contract management and vendor negotiations in a global context
- Knowledge of global procurement processes, contract law and data protection regulations
- Knowledge of procurement management software and tools, with a strong understanding of IT systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring compliance and making data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills with a focus on ensuring compliance and managing complex procurement processes
- Fluency in German required; English language skills preferred
