Senior Manager GDP Compliance Europe (m/f/d)

Job Description

Location: Europe (e.g. Benelux, DACH, or Nordics) | Travel: 30–50%

Do you live and breathe quality in healthcare? Is GDP in your DNA and you're ready for the next big step? Then this is your chance.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive the development of our European GDP compliance system – including standards, KPIs, and benchmarks.
• Conduct gap analyses, assess potential acquisitions for GDP compliance, and support seamless integrations.
• Design and implement GDP certification and training programs across sites.
• Establish and manage outsourcing frameworks – including audits and quality agreements with service providers.
• Provide functional leadership to local GDP Managers across Europe – with influence, clarity, and consistency.
• Support audits, inspections, and customer projects – always with a strong quality mindset.
• Contribute your quality expertise to tenders and customer discussions, adding value with credibility and insight.

Your Profile:

• At least 10 years’ experience in healthcare/pharma logistics or supply chain environments.
• Deep understanding of EU GDP, GxP, temperature control, validation, and quality management systems.
• Proven experience in international leadership, ideally in matrix structures.
• Strong track record in project management and successfully implementing new processes or systems.
• Clear communicator and team player who can align diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on with a proactive and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for scalable and sustainable quality solutions.
