Together, we accelerate the discovery, development and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health.The Territory Sales Manager Germany (d/f/m) is responsible for driving revenue growth across key regions, building strategic customer relationships, and executing sales initiatives that directly contribute to the success of the EMEA organization.This position is part of the EMEA Sales Team based in Germany and will operate remotely, covering the regions of South-West Germany. Together, we accomplish great things.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Develop and manage assigned accounts strategically in order to deliver solutions and drive revenue growth and achieves sales targetsResearch and understand territory growth opportunities for developing an effective business plan and sales strategyBuilds in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and apply these skills consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisionsMaintains regular and informative communications with all other team members, including cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Application Scientists, Inside Sales, etc.The essential requirements of the job include:Master’s degree in a Life Science field or Bachelor’s degree with relevant Life SciencesSeveral years of successful sales experience with a proven track record are requiredResiding in the assigned region and extensive familiarity with existing academic, corporate, and government accounts in the region is requiredBasic genomics knowledge is required; Applications experience within NGS, qPCR, cloning, mutagenesis, etc. and working knowledge of accounts in assigned territory preferredFluent in German and EnglishTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Up to 50% of the working time (in Germany)The candidate must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Outstanding prospecting, territory management, lead management, negotiation and closing skills.
