Technical Proposal Manager - Medical Devices

Haselmeier, part of medmix, has been established in the healthcare market for over 100 years. With a workforce of around 240, Haselmeier has been a pioneer in the development of subcutaneous injection pens since the 1960s. We continue to drive innovation in self-injection pens, covering everything from design and manufacturing to packaging and delivery. We have developed solutions in scalable volumes for numerous pharmaceutical partners - always applying state-of-the-art engineering practices - and we aim to evolve further. We develop our products using a patient-centric approach. Our injection devices are used across various therapeutic areas, helping patients with diabetes, supporting fertility treatments, and even offering an option for gentle cancer therapy.

Job Description

• Support the customer quotation process and lead quote implementation in close collaboration with international sales
• Prepare quotations based on the existing product and service portfolio, as well as customized solutions according to customer requirements
• Support sales during quotation negotiations, both onsite and in virtual meetings
• Assist in solution development and lead implementation in cooperation with technical management (e.g., communication, concept development, cost calculations for final quotations)
• Support the creation of necessary contract documentation
• Initiate, implement, and standardize processes within the quotation workflow across the full product and service portfolio
• Act as the main point of contact during the quotation phase between customers, sales, and all internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, engineering or technical training with strong technical understanding
• several years of professional experience in a comparable role with focus on quotation and customer solutions
• Experience in medical technology and / or pharmaceutical industry
• Commercial understanding and experience in B2B sales
• Experience in international business environments preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications, ERP systems and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Business fluent in English and German skills are an advantage
