Sales Development Representative (m/w/d)
Are you a hunter by nature ? Do you thrive on building relationships and closing deals in dynamic markets?
We are looking for an SDR who is ready to drive outbound sales across Europe , generate new business opportunities, and help clients reach their sustainability goals with innovative solutions.
What you'll do:

Identify and engage potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Conduct cold calls and qualify leads for our Sales Engineers

Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to expand into new markets

Showcase the value of cutting-edge solutions to a diverse client base
What we are looking for:

3+ years in sales, customer-facing roles, or similar
-
Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
-
Structured, proactive, and self-motivated
-
Outbound mindset with persistence in long B2B sales cycles
