QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's or master's degree in STEM-related discipline; advanced degree preferred3+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: steel operations, or steel-related applied research with field experience in metallurgical productionExcellent knowledge of contemporary technologies of steel and steel product makingIn-depth understanding of the development trends in the industry is an advantageDemonstrated attitude for analyticsStrong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Access or statistical/database experience a plusProven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization Comfort and experience presenting to small groups Fluent/Native German and English language essential with the skills to communicate complex ideas effectivelyWillingness to travel frequentlyWHO YOU'LL WORK WITHDriving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You will receive exceptional training, frequent coaching, and ongoing mentoring from colleagues and senior leaders on your teams.You’ll be working ideally in the Dusseldorf or Berlin offices and will be part of the Metals & Mining practice.
