Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (Routing & Switching)
- Support and optimize network security solutions, including firewalls (Checkpoint preferred, others welcome)
- Contribute to securing OT environments and critical operational systems
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues
- Assist with network monitoring, documentation, and compliance initiatives
- Support WLAN solutions across operational sites
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Certification at CCNA or CCNP level (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching (Cisco preferred)
- Experience with firewall administration (Checkpoint ideal, others such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc., are acceptable)
- Familiarity with WLAN networking is a strong advantage
- Fluent in German, with solid communication skills in English
