Trainee Project Management GenAI (d/f/m/x)

In a nutshell:
- Many exciting GenAI projects in the entire marketing and communication area
- State-of-the-art AI/GenAI technologies with interfaces to cross-functional teams from neighboring areas
- Creative freedom and many development opportunities, in a highly motivated and international team that is currently being built up
- Regular team building measures, e.g., in the form of established Learn & Teach sessions across the entire Data Factory area
- An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate)in Data Science, Engineering, Marketing (analytics), Business Administration with IT connect, Information Technology, Business Informatics or comparable course of study
- Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
- At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
- Knowledge and experience in planning and managing complex GenAI projects
- IT understanding to translate business requirements into technical concepts, especially in the context of GenAI
- Knowledge in Data Engineering, Data Science and/or Data Analysis & Visualization, or specifically in e.g. SQL, Python, Databricks, Data Lake(house), Power BI
- Experience with cloud solutions such as MS Azure, AWS or GCP and
- Experience with Agentic AI, AI/GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
- Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends and Knowledge or experience in marketing & communication
