Job Description

In this role you support the Data Center Vertical Market team across EMEA by providing technical, administrative and project documentation support related to project submittals, calculations and specification preparation. The role works closely with Vertical Market Managers and local organizations to improve efficiency in project preparation, support successful project and product sales conversion, and enable the Data Center team to increase focus on customer engagement and pipeline development.

• Support preparation and coordination of technical submittals, calculations and project documentation for Data Center projects across EMEA
• Assist Vertical Market Managers and local organizations with project documentation, specification support and customer technical requirements
• Support successful conversion of project and product sales through timely and accurate preparation of technical documentation
• Contribute to optimization and standardization of submittal preparation processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the region
• Coordinate with Corporate Target Markets, technical teams and local organizations to collect required project and product information
• Support Commercial Product Rollout activities by assisting local organizations with technical documentation, positioning materials and product-related support
• Support the collection and translation of market, customer and technical insights into actionable improvements and alignment with Corporate functions and R&D teams
• Ensure transparent tracking and organization of supported projects and documentation activities.
• Contribute towards a positive team environment and spirit with colleagues, supervisors and local organizations
• Build and maintain strong internal networks across Corporate, Regional and local organizations, supporting collaboration and contributing to the effectiveness of the Data Center Vertical Market team

Qualifications

• Technical or Engineering degree within Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field advantageous
• 2–5 years of experience in technical support, specification management, project coordination or construction-related documentation, experience supporting large projects or technical submittals preferred
• Exposure to Data Centers or technical construction environments advantageous
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with technical documentation and submittal preparation, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred
• Ability to work with technical calculations and project documentation
• Fluent English mandatory; any additional European language is a plus
• Travel within EMEA as required to support project execution and customer engagement (approx. 25–30%)
