Tasks

We are looking for an AI-driven support and monitoring specialist with an interest in incident management, problem and change management, and monitoring in the production IT control center. Additionally, you will use innovative AI technologies to further optimize our IT processes.

Your tasks will include the following in detail:

• You will handle IT incidents and service requests and ensure complete documentation in the ITSM tool.
• As part of a team, you will work on analyzing and resolving complex issues and contribute your knowledge and new ideas from the world of AI to optimize IT processes.
• Your tasks include troubleshooting as well as optimizing and further developing IT systems in production.
• By developing and implementing monitoring and health check processes, you actively contribute to the early detection of deviations and ensure the stability of IT systems. You also utilize AI and cloud-based tools to optimize these monitoring processes.
• Fixed working hours together with your team on site in Zuffenhausen

Qualifications

• We look forward to receiving a completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• You have already gained initial experience in IT support and management.
• You enjoy working with ITIL disciplines such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management.
• You are curious about the latest AI trends and how you can use them; prior experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS) is also a plus.
• You have very good German skills , excellent communication skills , and enjoy working closely with your team.
