As a People Operations Specialist & Assistant to the People and Culture Officer (m/f/d), you ensure that administrative processes, employee support, and HR projects run seamlessly. Focused on high-level coordination and information synthesis, you manage the operational landscape that keeps the People and Culture function moving. By streamlining stakeholder interactions and prioritizing critical data, you provide the strategic leverage necessary to build a thriving organizational culture.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contract & People Administrati on: You manage the entire administrative Employee Journey – from drafting new contracts to maintaining personnel files.
• Benefits Administration: You take central responsibility for the support and precise administration of our benefits.
• Global HR Project Orchestra: You are the key person in implementing international People projects, coordinating external legal advisors, and ensuring a smooth process.
• Executive Support & Stakeholder Management: You directly support the People and Culture Officer by maintaining stakeholder management, preparing meetings, and filtering decision-relevant information.
• Office & Presentation Agility: You organize the calendar, handle travel planning, and prepare presentations for the People and Culture Officer.

• HR Generalist Knowledge: You bring a solid foundation and experience in administrative and operational HR topics – you are someone who implements quickly.
• Hands-on Mentality: You love the speed of a scale-up. Commitment, a proactive work style, and the ability to quickly set priorities are your strengths.
• Commitment to Quality: Your meticulousness is unbeatable, especially when dealing with complex contracts and sensitive data.
• Business English: You navigate confidently and fluently in international contexts.
• Filtering Talent: You have a keen sense for what is truly important in day-to-day business and act as a strategic filter for the People and Culture Officer.

Who we are and what we do

Q.ANT is a deep-tech scale-up developing photonic processing solutions that compute natively with light and deliver a scalable alternative to transistor-based systems. The analog co-processors are optimised for complex computations and enable energy-efficient performance for next-generation AI and HPC applications. In collaboration with the Institute for Microelectronics Stuttgart IMS CHIPS, Q.ANT operates its own pilot line for photonic chips, based on the material system Thin-Film Lithium Niobate TFLN. Q.ANT was founded by Michael Förtsch in 2018 and is headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany.
