Product Manager (m/w/d)

Your mission

• You work on interdisciplinary projects and have the opportunity to contribute to the company's success and growth through your experience by supporting us in new business development initiatives.
• You acquire new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and guide them from the first contact to a successful contract conclusion.
• You define the objectives for R&D regarding product developments based on a variety of yeast-based products in biotechnology fields.
• You optimize sales and communication strategies in close collaboration with the product and marketing teams.
• You ensure the successful market introduction of new products.

Your profile

• You have a degree in food technology, biotechnology or a related field.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development for yeast products (cell walls, protein, derivatives and extracts) – experience in animal nutrition, pet food, cosmetics/nutraceuticals, or white biotech, is a strong advantage.
• You demonstrate a high level of initiative and motivation to work in a dynamic environment.
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
• You speak fluent English; German skills are a plus.
