Manager Electrical Engineering for Security and Building Automation Systems (m/f/d)
- Management and development of a highly qualified team of engineers in the field of ELV&LSS
- Responsible for the planning, implementation and supervision of projects in the field of electrical low voltage and security systems.
- Ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with technical and legal requirements in all projects.
- Working closely with the specialist departments and external partners to optimise processes and systems.
- Implementation of innovative technologies and solutions in the area of ELV & LSS.
- Responsibility for budget planning and resource management within the projects and the group.
- Supporting the further development of technical standards and best practices within the company.
- Promoting open communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Degree in electrical engineering, automation or information technology, alternatively a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in the field of ELV (Extreme Low Voltage) and LSS (Life Safety Systems).
- Experience in leading and developing teams, ideally in the engineering field.
- Sound knowledge in the planning, implementation and maintenance of electrical safety and building automation systems.
- Confident handling of system-relevant norms, standards and regulations.
- Strong communication skills and team-orientation.
- Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality when solving complex technical challenges.
- Very good command of written and spoken German, good command of English also required.
