Specialist Global Marketing - Global Campaigns & Performance Marketing (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You lead the creative development and strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of global marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g. paid media, email, social, display, website, webinar)
• You manage and continuously optimize performance marketing activities with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion, and ROI
• You develop and coordinate high-quality marketing content and campaign assets in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
• You define, monitor, and interpret campaign KPIs, deriving clear optimization recommendations in close collaboration with analytics and data experts
• You steer internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality campaign execution
• You develop, document, and scale global campaign frameworks and best practices for regional roll-outs

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in global digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign management, ideally in an international environment
• Proven hands-on experience with paid media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into strategic and operational actions
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex initiatives, timelines, and multiple stakeholders in parallel
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of ownership
• Very good English skills; German is a plus
