As a Senior SAP S/4HANAConsultant (all genders) at BCG Platinion, you will play a pivotal role in helping clientsnavigate complex ERP transformations, with a specific focus on SAP S/4HANA.Your expertise will guide clients through the entire project lifecycle, fromstrategy and planning to implementation and go-live with a strong businessvalue perspective. You will collaborate with a team of talented professionalsfrom BCG and Platinion on local and international projects, ensuring thesuccessful planning, deployment and optimization of ERP systems.

· Plan,execute, and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processesto identify value for our clients

· Developand define ERP target architectures for comprehensive IT landscapes leveragingtechnological innovation and anticipating future trends

· Defineand implement program organization and governance to successfully execute theproject and deliver identified business value of transformation

· Managesourcing of system integrations partners and software solutions

· Prepareand finalize project deliverables, including reports, workshop materials, andbusiness proposals

· Evaluateongoing ERP projects and systems against defined business goals and qualitycriteria, and develop action plans for improvement

· Driveimplementation of recovery and stabilization measures of ERP projects

This is how youmake a difference

· Adegree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or arelated field

· Atleast 4 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects

· Proventrack record in managing end-to-end ERP transformations leveraging industrystandard approaches, e.g. SAP activate

· In-depthknowledge of SAP S/4HANA and associated enterprise technology (e.g.,integration architecture, cloud deployment options, extensibility of thesolution)

· Familiaritywith SAP industry solutions and analytical tools such as SAP BW/BI, SAPAnalytics Cloud

· Exceptionalanalytical and conceptual thinking capabilities

· Strongclient and result orientation with excellent communication and presentationskills

· Teamspirit and the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams

· Fluentin German and English (written and spoken)
