Care Assistant - Ireland Relocation Included
Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a position for a Care Assistant, with relocation included to Ireland! This is an ideal opportunity for compassionate individuals passionate about providing care and support in a healthcare setting. As a Care Assistant, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of those you care for while receiving assistance in your relocation journey to Ireland.
In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive exceptional care and support tailored to their needs. Your contributions will help create a nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and comfort of all residents or patients.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Assist patients with mobility and physical support as needed
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any concerns to the care team
- Foster strong relationships with patients through compassionate communication and emotional support
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to implement care plans and ensure quality service
- Engage in training sessions and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare assistant role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a caring disposition
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new environment
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in care or healthcare are advantageous
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
