Process Applications Lead (m/f/d) IT

Your responsibilities

• Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes using process mining and modeling tools.
• Develop innovative process solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
• Identify and implement automation and digitalization opportunities.
• Ensure accurate process documentation and platform governance.
• Configure and continuously improve process management and mining tools to increase transparency and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate process applications seamlessly.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting within process mining solutions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to deploy and enhance process applications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality.
• Act as the central interface between business and technical teams.
• Promote a culture of process excellence and digital transformation.
• Facilitate workshops and trainings on process mining and modeling tools.

Your profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in process management, digital transformation, or application implementation.
• Technical Expertise: Solid experience in establishing and operating a mature process mining and modeling setup, ideally with Celonis and BIC Cloud or comparable tools.
• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of process modeling standards such as BPMN and APQC.
• Automation & Integration: Familiarity with automation technologies, system integrations, and digital workflows.
• Industry Background: Experience in regulated environments (e.g. ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills: Analytical and structured mindset with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Languages: Fluent English required.
