PLC Programmer (m/f/d) CNC

Your tasks:

• Develop, adapt, and maintain PLC software for Beckhoff control systems using CoDeSys/TwinCAT
• Create, configure, and optimize CNC programs using G-Code and the ISG CNC kernel
• Design and implement machine control concepts, including the selection and integration of sensors, actuators, servo drives, and safety systems
• Define software and hardware interfaces in collaboration with internal engineering teams and external partners
• Contribute to the development and implementation of automation and programming standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, operating instructions, and commissioning procedures

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial machine control systems
• Experience with Beckhoff PLCs and the CoDeSys or TwinCAT development environment
• Good understanding of industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, TCP/IP, or OPC UA.
• Experience with PLC testing, debugging, and machine commissioning
• Familiarity with LinuxCNC, embedded systems (Arduino, Raspberry Pi), or 3D printing technologies is a plus
• Programming experience in C++ or C# and knowledge of Visual Studio are considered an advantage
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
