Junior Media Strategist (d/f/m)

Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a Junior Media Strategist (d/f/m).

You are passionate about media, communication and understanding what truly connects with audiences? As our Junior Media Strategist (d/f/m), you will support the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated media campaigns across channels. You are curious about data-driven decision-making, enjoy analysing trends and target groups, and are eager to learn how strong media strategies contribute to impactful communication. Working closely with creative, strategy and account teams, you help transform ideas into effective media solutions. You have a very good command of German and English, which enables you to collaborate confidently with colleagues and clients.

Your tasks:

• Support the development of cross-channel media recommendations and contribute media perspectives to creative concepts
• Research and monitor emerging channels, platforms and media trends
• Assist in target audience, market and competitor analyses and help translate findings into actionable insights
• Contribute to the development of data-informed media strategies aligned with campaign objectives and KPIs
• Coordinate and execute media bookings across selected channels under guidance of senior team members
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reporting and identify optimisation opportunities based on campaign data
• Collaborate closely with strategy, creative and account teams throughout campaign planning and execution

• First experience in media planning, digital marketing, communications or a related field through internships, working student positions or relevant projects

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights in a structured and understandable way
• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and readiness to take ownership of tasks
