Become part of a team that can’t be stopped, that overcomes challenges together and celebrates success together.Be part of our success story and join us as Product Developer (f/m/d)! ð‍Your Mission Own the full product path from problem to outcome: discovery, design, implementation, validation, release and follow-up - no hand-off model.Understand customer needs proactively, often before customers can articulate them, through direct engagement, domain immersion and careful observation of how they actually work.Design end-to-end user journeys and product experiences that simplify complex workflows without losing the depth of the underlying problem.Build product features hands-on within MARKT-PILOT’s AI-enabled framework, in close collaboration with engineering to set guardrails and ensure platform stability.Prototype and validate ideas using sketches, mockups, working software and data - make ideas concrete early and gather feedback fast.Make independent, sensible scope decisions: what ships, what waits and what would damage quality if cut.Validate outcomes after release by tracking usage, customer feedback and measurable results - treat release as the beginning, not the end.Communicate clearly and credibly across customers, users, engineers, commercial teams and leadership.Your SkillsEngineering or technical background with hands-on product building experience - you build and change the product directly, not just write specifications.Strong product intuition: you distinguish underlying customer needs from stated requests and avoid building features simply because someone asked for them.Proven ownership of the full product cycle: discovery, design, implementation and post-release validation in a single role.Comfortable with ambiguity: you start from incomplete problems, ask the right questions and create clarity progressively through investigation, prototypes and delivery.Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences: customers, engineers, commercial teams and leadership - fluent in English (German is a meaningful advantage).Strong UX and user-journey thinking: you design complete experiences, not just screens, and understand that product writing and language are part of the product.Able to balance competing lenses simultaneously: customer value, usability, commercial importance, technical feasibility, strategic fit and delivery cost.Fast learner with genuine curiosity about the manufacturing aftermarket domain; prior experience in spare parts pricing or industrial B2B SaaS is a strong plus.Your BenefitsOur modern and open scale-up culture gives you the freedom to unleash your creativity within a dynamic and agile team. ð¡ Fail Fast, Learn Faster: Feedback here is exactly what it should be - an essential part of your work. ð We invest in your growth: Discover our Learning & Development programs - including an L&D budget! ð Flexible working hours and the option to work hybrid.
