Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesLead logistics process planning for inbound, automated warehousing, robotics, outbound, and intra-production logistics in biotechnological manufacturing environments.Manage all project phases and budgets, from feasibility and concept design through detailed design, construction, commissioning, and qualification.Assess customer requirements, develop concepts, provide process-level consulting, and present solutions to internal and external stakeholders.Create layouts and process flow diagrams, prepare technical and commercial documentation (URS, TS), and support equipment and IT software selection.Drive key technical decisions, design reviews, workshops, and risk analyses (HAZID, HAZOP) to ensure project performance, quality, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and external suppliers, and lead or support Logistics Process Engineers during project execution, including move-in concepts for critical equipment.Develop and improve methods, tools, and solutions while promoting innovation, knowledge transfer, and continuous learning across teams.Show your expertiseBachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.At least 15 years of experience in consulting and engineering, ideally including logistics engineering projects.Strong leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach in project environments.Deep understanding of logistics processes, strong IT affinity, and experience with transport and warehouse management systems such as SAP IM/WM or Insite LMS.Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and 2D/3D layout modelling is an advantage.Excellent analytical and communication skills, combined with a resilient, detail-oriented, and independent working style; fluent in German and English.Strong ability to collaborate in international teams and willingness to travel up to 30%.What we offer youYour start at Exyte: Take part in a two-day onboarding event with new colleaguesAttractive location: Our location features spacious workstations with height-adjustable desksBuddy-System: Several weeks of close familiarisation with your colleagues in the teamCatering: Free coffee specialities as well as water dispensers are accessible on every floorKeep fit: Exyte subsidises your fitness contract through EGYM Wellpass at over 5,000 locations in Germany Contact:You want to be part of the Exyte team?
