Your business is our business. If our Business Management and Operations Team had a slogan, thats what it would be. The fact is, though, that the members of this team are far too busy ensuring our consultants work is efficient and productive to have the time to come up with slogans. Whether Executive or Management Assistant, Receptionist, Facility Staff member, Team Lead, or Office Manager: Each and every member of the Business Management and Operations Team contributes directly to our consultants successand thus to that of our clients.

What You'll Do

As a Working Student , you will support the Executive Assistant and Reception Teams at our Stuttgart office. In the reception area, youll help us support clients and visitors and answer phone calls professionally and forward them if necessary. In addition, you will run errands, handle the mail and courier services, and take care of booking and preparing the conference rooms. In the Executive Assistant area, youll coordinate any travel requests that come up from beginning to end, keeping an eye on timing and costs. Last but not least, you will handle printing and copy requests, duplicate and bind presentations, and ensure that our offices are stocked with the supplies they need, in a reliable and service-oriented manner. Functioning as an indispensable hub, you will additionally help to ensure that day-to-day office operations run smoothly while putting your best foot forward to represent both our office and BCG.

What You'll Bring

• You are a bachelors or masters student (with at least two years of study remaining after your start date at BCG and no mandatory internships planned in the near future).
• Youre able to keep up with our fast-moving business, are service-oriented and responsive. In addition, you consider yourself an improvisation talent.
• You work proficiently with MS Office programs.

YOURE GOOD AT

• You will be an important point of contact for all BCG staff, remaining consistently obliging and polite, as well as punctual and conscientious.
• You enjoy interacting with people and exhibit strong customer service.
• You have an independent, foresighted working style and can prioritize your tasks effectively.
• In terms of your working hours, you are flexible from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of a closely networked team of full-time coworkers and students, reporting to an Office Manager. You will also work together with the assistant team and the administrative functions and departments at BCG. The members of the team support each other, especially when things get hectic. Your colleagues are all highly cooperative because a good team atmosphere is extremely important to us.
