• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and analyzing key metrics to provide insights on business performance.
• Data Analysis: Assist with data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis in Excel or other financial software, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Process Improvement: Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline financial operations.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all financial documentation complies with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Accounts payable: Support the head of accounting with accounts payable.

• Student Status: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of HGB accounting principles.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with financial software and Excel; experience with ERP (DATEV) or Spendesk is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus.
• Interest in SaaS and Tech: Eagerness to learn about the SaaS B2B industry and a genuine interest in tech-driven financial practices.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, Fluent in German - plus.
