Specialist Project Document Control (m/f/d)
- Filing, organisation, compilation and coordination of electronic data and documents during its whole lifecycle.
- Sending documents in electronic and paper form.
- Coordinating project-specific documentation to be provided to the client, as well as tracking deadlines.
- Organising the timely compilation and delivery (by default) of contractually agreed documents.
- Maintaining, spot check and updating metadata in electronic document systems.
- Participating coordination meetings regarding documentation and related processes.
- Successfully completed technical/commercial training, lateral entrants also welcome
- Professional experience in documentation, administration and document control
- Distinct IT affinity
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel
- High social competence, communicativeness, determination and perseverance
