As an ITAssociate Enterprise Solutions (all genders) at BCG Platinion, you will play akey role in supporting ERP-related projects—from strategy development totransformation planning and design, all the way to managing successfulimplementation. You will collaborate with colleagues from the Boston ConsultingGroup on (inter)national projects and advise our clients at all levels, fromproject teams.

Shape the world of tomorrow

• Youare involved in the design and execution of quantitative and qualitativeanalyses of business processes to identify value potential for our clients.
• Youdevelop and define functional and technical ERP target architectures forcomplex IT landscapes, considering innovative technologies and industrytrends—including the design and management of selection processes for targetapplications.
• Yousupport the management of complex ERP programs and assist in the selection andoversight of system integration partners as well as the appropriate softwaresolutions.
• Youcollaborate with our clients to design and plan global ERP transformationprojects, aligning them with various stakeholders across all hierarchy levels.
• You independently prepare deliverables and finalize them together with your project team, including progress reports, workshop materials, functional and technical concepts.
• You evaluate ongoing ERP projects and systems , derive improvement measures , and implement them.

This is how you can make a difference

• Youhave successfully completed your studies in business informatics, businessadministration with an IT focus, or a related field.
• Youhave initial practical experience in ERP/SAP projects, for example, through adual study program, internships, or student assistant roles.
• Youare eager to further expand your technical expertise in the SAP/ERPenvironment.
• Youhave excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Youare highly customer- and results-oriented, with strong communication andpresentation skills.
• Youare fluent in both German and English, in writing and speaking.
