A key objective is to support the transition from traditional operational structures toward product- and platform-oriented teams, while enabling leaders, employees, and stakeholders to successfully adopt new organizational and collaboration models.ResponsibilitiesSupport organizational change during the transition from traditional IT operating structures to product- and platform-oriented teams. Design and implement change-management measures throughout the transformation lifecycle. Advise managers and leadership teams on new leadership, organizational, and collaboration models. Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analyses and impact assessments. Identify affected stakeholder groups and derive appropriate change and enablement measures. Establish and coordinate a network of Change Agents and multipliers across the organization. Design, coordinate, and manage target-group-specific change and enablement activities. Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and large-group formats. Support interdisciplinary teams during organizational and operational transformation. Develop communication and engagement measures appropriate to different stakeholder groups. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented change measures. Identify resistance, organizational impacts, and implementation risks and develop appropriate mitigation measures. Support leaders and stakeholders throughout the implementation of new working and operating models. Provide structured recommendations and decision support for transformation stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of change-management and organizational-development approaches. QualificationsSuccessfully completed degree in one of the following or a comparable field: Communication Studies Social Sciences Organizational Studies Business Administration / Economics Organizational Development Comparable relevant discipline Organizational Development QualificationCandidates should have either:A recognised qualification or training in Organizational Development, or At least 4 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating equivalent competence.
