Join a team that moves fast, grows smarter every step, and succeeds together.Are you ready? ðJoin us as a (Senior) Platform Engineer (f/m/d) and help us evolve.Your MissionOwn reliability and performance across our cloud platform: define and drive SLOs, monitoring, and incident response in a fast-moving production environmentLead complex Azure cloud deployments end to end, from planning and design through rollout and operationsBuild and evolve automation and infrastructure-as-code so our platform stays reliable, secure, and easy to operate at scaleChampion platform tooling with other teams. Success is measured by adoption, not just delivery, so you work directly with teams to embed what you buildPartner with our Cloud Architect and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver the cloud vision and roadmapAct as a Senior engineer who mentors others and multiplies the impact of the whole teamYour SkillsDeep, hands-on observability and reliability experience: SLOs, monitoring, incident ownership, and modern stacks like Azure Monitor, Datadog, Prometheus, or similar in real production environmentsProven experience running Kubernetes (AKS or similar) at meaningful production scale, not just in sandboxes or personal projectsStrong Terraform or equivalent IaC background, you automate by default and avoid ClickOpsSolid CI/CD pipeline expertise and cloud security fundamentals, including IAM, least privilege, encryption, and complianceClear track record of driving adoption of the tooling you build across other teams, this is a must-have, not a nice-to-haveYou aim for technical excellence, but know that shipping 80% today often beats chasing 101% foreverYou do not wait for permission, you take initiative, drive work to completion, and stand behind the solutions you deliverDon't tick all the boxes yet?
