You’ll work with colleagues and clients from a wide range of business areas across Europe to develop strategies that support clients' business objectives and give them a competitive edge.You will carry out lean construction project implementations and capability building. As part of this, you’ll develop short- and long-term capability-building plans for all relevant levels of client leadership and McKinsey client service teams, with anticipated deliverables, outcomes, and required resources.You will also gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm.
