Renowned companies from a wide range of industries place their trust in our expertise, reflecting the outstanding knowledge, professionalism, and commitment of our engineers.Position: Project Manager – IT Infrastructure & Secure CollaborationLocation: Bonn, Meckenheim (You can select the location of your request)Field: DefenceType: Full-time/Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of medium-sized, complex IT infrastructure projects within a security-sensitive environment.The project focuses on the planning and implementation of a generic, platform-independent, and scalable secure collaboration service that enables cooperation with national and multinational partners as well as external industry stakeholders.The Project Manager will support senior project leadership in project planning, controlling, documentation, risk management, governance, stakeholder coordination, and organizational project activities.ResponsibilitiesSupport project managers in the planning, coordination, control, and implementation of complex IT projects. Independently prepare: Project documentation Status reports Risk analyses Decision papers Management presentations Coordinate project documentation and reporting with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Support project controlling with regard to: Deadlines Milestones Dependencies Requirements Deliverables Required stakeholder contributions Budget dependencies Monitor project milestones, deadlines, actions, and open items. Support continuous resource planning throughout the project lifecycle. Organize and facilitate project meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materials. Record meeting minutes and systematically track resulting actions. Act as a point of contact for project team members and project managers on methodological and organizational project-management topics. Support project governance activities, committees, and decision-making forums. Prepare project communications and regular project reporting. Perform administrative and organizational project-management activities, including: Appointment and meeting coordination Quality assurance Employee onboarding and offboarding Maintenance and reconciliation of project lists Information and document management Support project leadership with special assignments and project-specific topics. Ensure structured and transparent communication across project teams and stakeholder groups. QualificationsCandidates should meet one of the following requirements:Completed degree in: Computer Science Business Informatics Information Technology Another comparable IT-related discipline orRecognised vocational qualification in an IT profession orAt least 6 years of professional experience in an IT environment. Project Management QualificationCandidates should have knowledge and practical experience in both traditional and agile project management.One of the following qualifications, or a demonstrably comparable qualification, is preferred:IPMA Level D PMI PMP PRINCE2 Practitioner Comparable recognised project-management qualification supported by relevant professional project references Where certification is used as formal evidence, any time-limited certificate must still be valid at the time of submission.Required Professional ExperienceProject ManagementAt least 3 years of continuous and substantive professional experience in project management within projects of medium size and complexity.The experience should demonstrate repeated and meaningful project-management responsibility rather than isolated or occasional involvement.Project Planning & CoordinationAt least 3 years of practical professional experience covering:Monitoring project milestones Monitoring deadlines and schedules Continuous resource planning Organizing project meetings Facilitating project meetings Preparing meeting minutes Tracking actions and follow-up items Coordinating dependencies and project activities Supporting structured project reporting Tools & Technical KnowledgeStrong practical knowledge of:Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Outlook Jira Microsoft Project Experience using these tools for project planning, controlling, reporting, documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination is expected.Language RequirementsGerman: C1Language proficiency should correspond to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) unless German is the candidate's native language.Soft SkillsStrong communication and teamwork skills.
