About the Role
On behalf of an international organisation within the life sciences and diagnostics sector, we are looking for an experienced Customer Support Supervisor to lead a laboratory-focused service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a people-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experience. You will guide a team that acts as the key connection between the business and its customers, ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer support professionals, fostering engagement, performance, and ongoing development
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring service targets and project objectives are achieved while continuously improving processes and workflows
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, using insights to optimise team effectiveness and enhance customer satisfaction
Your Profile
- Previous experience in a customer-focused environment with at least initial leadership responsibility
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support team development
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels
