Working Student - Quality in Robotics

Your mission

• Support test execution on real robots and/or in simulation, including log collection and basic debugging
• Support in release cycle execution for customer releases
• Develop and maintain automated tests for robotics software (integration, and system-level tests)
• Extend and operate CI/CD pipelines to run tests reliably and provide clear feedback to developers
• Create test utilities and scripts in Python and Bash for Linux-based systems
• Help define and document QA processes, test cases, and acceptance criteria for new features

Your profile

• Ongoing studies in robotics, automation, computer science, or a comparable field
• Solid experience with Python, Docker, Bash, and Linux
• First experience with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and automated testing (e.g., playwright or similar)
• Interest in testing complex systems, ideally mobile robots (navigation, sensors, integrations)
• ROS / ROS2 experience is a strong plus
• Highly self-motivated, structured way of working, and eager to learn new technologies
