Responsibilities
Product Ops Strategy: Define and run the portfolio operating cadence across planning, roadmap governance, release readiness, and learn loops. Stand up OKRs, KPI dashboards, and business reviews that tie product bets to revenue, adoption, and retention.
Portfolio Planning and Roadmap Governance: facilitate regular planning and customer-centric prioritization across the breadth of Frontline products and build alignment across stakeholders.
Data and Insights: Use data to drive decisions. Operationalize metrics such as license adoption, product utilization, time-to-value, ARR, churn drivers, and win-loss. Ensure instrumentation and a single source of truth.
Release Management and Readiness: Establish a predictable release train and readiness gates, and overdrive communication with stakeholders like engineering, customer service, sales, marketing, and partner leadership.
Practice Excellence: Elevate product practices across discovery, story mapping, Definition-of-Ready and Definition-of-Done, backlog quality, acceptance criteria, and delivery. Coach for outcomes over output and foster a culture of accountability and learning.
Build High-Impact Teams : Attract, mentor, and grow product talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Requirements
Product Leadership: Sound experience in B2B SaaS product management or adjacent roles, including several years leading PMs or Product Owners across multiple workstreams.
Product Operations Excellence: Demonstrated success running product and/or portfolio cadences and governance that improve speed and quality.
Domain Fit: Experience with industrial, logistics, or field service software. Bonus for AR workflows, remote assistance, or integrations with ERP, WMS, or PLM systems.
Commercialization Skills: Hands-on experience with pricing, packaging, and SKU governance. Familiarity with enterprise procurement and multi-year deal structures.
AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into products or engineering workflows.
Analytics and Tooling: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Productboard or Aha, and product analytics or BI. Able to define north-star metrics and instrumentation plans from corporate objectives and market skills through execution and feedback.
Communication and Influence: Executive-level writing and storytelling. Comfortable as a senior representative in high-stakes external and internal forums.
