The Life Sciences team is the fastest growing industry sector within Porsche Consulting, helping Pharmaceutical, MedTech, Biotech, Laboratories and the healthcare constellation to solve the most pressing issues of the time in several functional topics, including transformation, operations, digitalization and business strategies. We are considered the leading consulting firm in Operations and our motto is to make impactful contributions to our clients and their patients.
Deep dive in your future role:
You will work directly with clients in a project management role, virtually and on-site, being accountable for the end-to-end delivery and for ensuring our team’s good performance in the projects. Under minimal supervision you will build solid relationships within and outside the company, enabling business growth via quality delivery and impactful contributions.
As a team player your leadership will inspire. You work out creative solutions and develop tailor-made concepts and change management approaches as a basis for sustainable results. You pass on the acquired experience to colleagues as part of our internal knowledge management process
Qualifications Qualifications
- College degree, ideally with a specialty in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine or a comparable degree program
- Outstanding career track-record and personal achievements
- 6+ years of professional experience in consulting or compatible industry role
- Solid people and project management track-record
- Natural leadership and perceived seniority, working well across all levels of the organization
- Well positioned in the intersection of people centricity and analytical thinking, able to communicate complexity in a simple way
- Strong T-profile, broad in the industry and deep in some functional topics such as: strategy development, reinventing business models, transformations, operations, supply chain, product strategy, sustainability, etc.
- High interest in new trends and technologies
- Strong focus on clients and results
- Structured and professional approach to work
- Very good English, additional language skills are an advantage
- High willingness for domestic and international travel
