Senior Salesforce Developer / IT Architect Salesforce - Service Cloud (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You design and architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud, ensuring alignment with best practices and platform guidelines
• In addition, you develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative configuration tools
• You leverage modern AI techniques and Salesforce capabilities to optimize service processes, enhance automation, and deliver predictive insights
• You understand and apply integration patterns to connect Salesforce with existing backend and voice systems, ensuring smooth end-to-end business processes
• Additionally, you harmonize data models, processes, integrations, and reusable components across multiple Salesforce Clouds to maximize scalability, efficiency, and user experience
• You provide technical leadership, mentor other developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices
• You implement quality assurance processes, perform testing and debugging, maintain technical documentation, and stay up to date with the latest Salesforce innovations

Qualifications

• A degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Several years of practical experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and related processes
• Several years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flows
• Solid understanding of integration patterns and practical experience working with APIs
• Familiarity with code review practices, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks
• Salesforce certifications and experience with additional Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud) are considered a plus
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently with a proactive and self-driven mindset
• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is an advantage
• Strong intrinsic motivation to stay current with emerging Salesforce technologies
