You’ll work with colleagues and clients from a wide range of business areas across Europe to develop strategies that support clients' business objectives and give them a competitive edge. You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Management approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. Your application should be in English and include your CV and your transcripts (high school, university, etc.), indicating all relevant grades.Your backgroundMaster’s degree and exceptional academics requiredBroad experience in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., the Toyota Production System, kaizen methods, TPM, JIT, SMED)Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activitiesMobility and enthusiasm for taking on European assignments during the work weekExceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and local office language
