About the Role

As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. You'll use your expertise in finance processes, ERP systems, and stakeholder management to help ensure operational excellence while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Location: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)

Please note that relocation support is not provided for this position. Applicants should already have the legal right to work in Portugal or be willing to relocate to Porto independently at their own expense.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and established processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational and financial issues.
• Analyze financial data and contribute to process improvements.
• Work with ERP systems to support finance operations.
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Provide guidance and support to team members when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Finance Operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday.
• Experience working in global business environments and with multi-currency transactions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Fluent German (spoken and written).
• Advanced English (C1 level).

• €1,757.10 gross per month, paid over 14 salaries.
