Job DescriptionLocation: Germany\ NSalary: €45,000–€50,000\ NWorking hours: Full time\ NHoliday: 27 days\ NTravel: Business travel expenses covered\ NWorking model: Hybrid / flexible working\ NAdditional benefits: €94 per month WFH allowance, ETO policy, company closure over Christmas\ N\nAbout the Company\ NOur client is a leading provider of automotive data, analytics and market intelligence, supporting automotive manufacturers, importers and other industry stakeholders across Europe.\ N\nThis is a newly created role within the Professional Services team, offering the opportunity to work closely with some of the world's leading automotive brands in a highly international environment.\ N\nTheRole\ NAs an Automotive Market Analyst – German Speaking, you will support studies designed to help automotive manufacturers and importers successfully launch new vehicles and enter European markets.\ N\nYou will assess upcoming vehicles, analyse market and competitor information, and turn your findings into practical recommendations for automotive clients. The role combines automotive industry knowledge, market analysis, research and client-facing presentation skills.\ N\nYou will work as part of an international team, collaborating with colleagues across Europe and regularly engaging with clients.\ N\nKeyResponsibilities\ N\n Analyse upcoming vehicles and assess their positioning across European markets.\ N Benchmark new vehicles against competitors and identify opportunities for improvement.\ N Conduct research into automotive markets, products, specifications and customer expectations.\ N Apply established methodologies, tools and processes to automotive market studies.\ N Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for automotive manufacturers and importers.\ N Prepare analysis, reports and client presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.\ N Present findings and recommendations to clients and respond to follow-up or ad-hoc questions.\ N Participate in vehicle inspections, test drives and automotive launch events.\ N Communicate project progress, customer requirements and findings to internal project teams.\ N Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of methodologies and processes.\ N Support other Professional Services projects during periods of high workload.\ N Travel across Europe when required.\ N\n\nWhat We're Looking For\ N\n Fluent German andEnglish – both essential.\ N A genuine interest in the automotive industry and European automotive markets.\ N Degree or equivalent qualification in business, economics, automotive management, business management, product management/specification or a related discipline.\ N Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\ N Ability to interpret information, identify trends and develop well-reasoned recommendations.\ N Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting with clients.\ N Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.\ N Excellent organisation and time-management skills.\ N Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within an international team.\ N Willingness to travel across Europe.\ N A valid European driving licence.\ N\n\nWhy Join?\ NThis is an opportunity tobuild a career at the intersection of automotive, data, analytics and consulting, working directly with major automotive manufacturers and importers across Europe.\ NYou will gain exposure tonew vehicle launches, market-entry strategies and some of the most important decisions automotive companies make when bringing products to market.\ N\nIf you're commercially minded, analytically strong and genuinely interested in the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you.
