Your Role

• Design and develop end-to-end solution architectures for modern, intelligent, and resilient power grids, with a focus on automation, digitalization, and integration of renewable energy.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable and future-proof Smart Grid solutions, covering areas such as EMS, SCADA, grid control systems, forecasting, and system integration.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and technology partners to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Evaluate and integrate digital tools for grid simulation, data analytics, and real-time operations into customer-specific architectures.
• Provide technical leadership in proposal development, solution design, and project delivery.
• Identify innovation opportunities in Smart Grids, Microgrids, and Hybrid Systems and contribute to the continuous evolution of our solution portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and cybersecurity requirements in all architectural designs.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in designing or implementing grid technologies such as EMS, SCADA, Smart Grids, Microgrids, or protection and control systems.
• Proven track record in solution architecture, systems integration, or technical leadership in complex energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of grid control systems, real-time operations, data architectures, and digital engineering tools.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and industry standards in the energy sector.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
